Laming-ton’s of yum Ice Cream Burger

Serves – 1 person
Ingredients
- 1 x Large plain donut
- 1 x Scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 x Scoop raspberry sorbet
- 20ml strawberry topping
- 20ml chocolate fudge
- 20g Chocolate honeycomb (crushed)
- 2g Gold sprinkles
- 5g Coconut flakes
Method
- Cut donut evenly in half
- Add strawberry sauce to the bottom donut then top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on your scoop and scatter coconut flakes, choc honeycomb and sprinkles onto the scoop and around the plate
- Place the other half of your donut on top and finish with a well rounded scoop of raspberry sorbet – Knife optional.
Extreme Inspiration
•Do you want fries with that? – Simply spread vanilla ice cream onto a tray, freeze and cut into chip-sized shapes. Top with strawberry topping for your tomato sauce.
Make mine a unicorn? – Tap in scoops of rainbow ice cream, dial up the sprinkles and top with edible glitter and fairy floss.
