Our range of products include all the traditional pasta varieties such as Tortellini, Agnolotti, Ravioli, Gnocchi and Cannelloni, all in a wide range of flavours and fillings. Also available are fresh Fettucine, Tagliatelle and Linguini, as well as a variety of specialty gourmet pasta. To maintain a consistently high standard of quality, our team of pasta makers will only use fresh ingredients, roasted and blended to perfection.

Our extensive range of products and varieties have been designed to provide a point of difference to any customers' menu. Our large selection of vegetarian filled products will appeal to all customers and reach new heights of quality and freshness.

Customers also have the ability to consult with our team of pasta makers to customize a particular product to suit their menu requirements.

All our products are manufactured in our purpose built facility situated in Melbourne and strict principles of HACCP are in place to maintain a safe and consistent quality. We have a national distribution network enabling us to deliver an efficient and reliable service anywhere within Australia.
